The Qube Builder was designed specifically to create comprehensive, all-inclusive solutions to help organization have visibility into their total technology costs and create a consistent long-term budget. There may be additional software or hardware solutions you that you decide to add in the future that are not included in the Qube Builder tool. However, we continue to add more solutions into the Qube Builder tool on an ongoing basis to ensure it remains relevant and comprehensive as your company grows.
The Qube Builder automatically incorporates hardware solutions, perpetual software licenses, and monthly subscription services into a single monthly bill. Hardware and perpetual software licenses can be purchased as capital expense (CAPEX) /upfront. Subscription services are typically billed monthly but can be pre-paid if desired. This can be helpful for organizations that have pre-approved budgets, grants, ‘use it or lose it’ funds, or those that simply want to reduce or eliminate monthly costs.

Once you build your Qube solution, you can Save your configuration which allows our team, or one of our strategic partners, to review your selections and provide a tailored solution.
Qube solutions are typically delivered fully configured and ready to use within 2 weeks from the time the order is placed. This time frame can be expedited if required.
Qube comes in six primary models: three business solutions, and 2 home solutions. The 4 three business models are Qube, Qube Hybrid, Qube COMMAND, and Qube COMMAND Hybrid. The two home models are Qube HOME and Qube HOME Office. Each of these primary models are available in different configurations. See “What are the different Qube configurations?”
